This smurfy advertising pillar, called a Litfaßsäule in German after Herr Litfaß, is just around the corner from Frankfurt station
The photo was taken at a quarter past six in the morning as the sun was just coming up

Here you have 45 different posters of the movie, some of them very funny. In all languages. All in high resolution !

Hi Joaquin
Sorry i missed your picture, just saw it for the first time .....
What a great pic.
Aren't you afraid someone will come and take the smurfs away ???
If i had your address it would have been me jejejejejejejejejeje
That's a nice picture to Tojo, i guess that's going to be more difficult for me to take that with me

Hi Tintin!!!Well, I am not worried about that because I have taken it outof there. It was only to take the pics with my nephews...I am afraid it is not a good place to hang it because of the sun. The real place will be my bedroom,a smurfy bedroom

Hi Bill
It's going to be even more difficult.

One day i know how to pick this thing up

It may actually not be all that heavy as it is probably hollow but still too heavy to carry on a bike
. These pillars are often used as vents above sewage pipes underground or above underground train tunnels to provide fresh air.

Maybe if you put truck tires on your bike it will carry the weight.

Stopped into my local cinema the other night to take a pic of the setup. as i previously said theyd cut the back off the display and put up a heap of posters behind. well im sort of not bothered now about not getting this display because now papa and clumsy have gone missing. this display has been ruined now. oh well. my boss took a pgoto of another one of these the other day. that one was missing gutsy.
