As you may have heard, our lease to the property that housed Smurf Resort off San Tropez expired and we weren't exactly invited back. However, we found an even better tract--an entire island--in a place so sunny and lush the locals call it "Greenland."

Wow Tim

Every time you post pics of your smurfy scenes they seem to be so much better than the ones before and this one is no exception. This looks really great and must of taken a bit of effort too.....Brilliant :D

Hi Tim, wow you have been busy. You have made a fantastic display, I love the way you have used the train and ship, I think they really work well. Also the way you have used the other non smurf items really add interest as well and your ideas for the different scenes within it are fabulous.

hi Tim!

I just love all those photos! and that fantastic resort!

how much are tickets to go there?? airfare?

the train looks fun too! I bet you can spend years in that place!

I like the fun live poses all the smurfs have, like the bullfighter meeting the steer? or bull? and all of the happy smurfs on top of the high tower!

Unfortunately, North Korean Air is the only country with service to Smurf Island. But, once you get to North Korea, a pair of blue jeans or bottle of Jack Daniels whiskey should get you the rest of the way.

Thanks, hey, wow! I think I have another post somewhere with the renovation in June 2006.

Sometimes old photos can be a little unnerving. Because somewhere it's always that time again....
