Don't think it's possible to tell since the plague is missing, unless the owner (or original owner) knows who was presented with it. I know they were given out in the 80s by the German Pop Magazine "Pop Rocky" :-?

There is a white ( cover ) catalogue from Schleich and there are some pictures in from this one.

If I remember correctly, the fans got to vote for their favorite stars and those got the Pop/Rocky Awards which were the smurfs. I used to have so many pictures as I kept the magazines...but I left them behind when I moved to the US :banghead:

Sorry for the delay......... but i am kind of busy lately.
This is the catalogue from Schleich i was talking about.
And two pages inside with some winners from the Poprocky.

If my German is ok, it says that the readers from the magazine could choose there favorite artists every year.
And the reward ............ well ................ :-D
